Furniture

Hire includes the use of tables and chairs.  At the time of writing these include:

16 tables each 1830 x 685 mm (72” x 27”)

3 tables each 1520 x 760 mm (60” x 30”)

10 tables each 915 x 685 mm (36” x 27”)

80 upholstered chairs

40 unupholstered chairs

The chairs and tables are intended to be shared as needed among all three rooms.  Hirers should not expect to be able to use them all to the exclusion of other hirers.  Anyone requiring large numbers should contact the  committee  to ensure no issues arise.

Access

The hall is often open because someone is already using one of the rooms.  If you have a booking and the hall is not open go to the reception of the Grosvenor Hotel on the opposite side of the High Street. They will be able to lend you a key which will be signed out to you.

Obviously it is vital that the last person to leave the hall lock up and return the key to the Grosvenor.
