A spacious room filled with light from a large window at the south end. The hall itself measures 7.04 by 11.88 metres while the stage is 7.04 by 3.34 metres. There is a small kitchen/store room opening off the southern end of the east wall. This has an urn, a sink and cupboards with ample cups, plates and cutlery. There is a multi-use toilet on the landing outside the hall as well and stairs and the lift
Porter and Barham Rooms (ground floor)
The ground floor has just been refurbished. Both rooms are more spacious and lighter than previously and there is newly fitted out kitchen with a hatch into the Barham room.

The Porter Room (front) has arched plate glass windows providing an eye-catching retail outlet on Stockbridge High Street.

The Barham Room (rear) is slightly larger. There is a sliding partition between the rooms that can be folded back to make one large room.

Furniture
Hire includes the use of tables and chairs. At the time of writing these include:
16 tables each 1830 x 685 mm (72” x 27”)
3 tables each 1520 x 760 mm (60” x 30”)
10 tables each 915 x 685 mm (36” x 27”)
80 upholstered chairs
40 unupholstered chairs
Access
The hall is often open because someone is already using one of the rooms. If you have a booking and the hall is not open go to the Coop on the opposite side of the High Street. They will be able to lend you a key which will be signed out to you.
Obviously it is vital that the last person to leave the hall lock up and return the key to the Coop.
The Coop is open from 7:00 am - 11pm every day of the week.
Prices
When users first register they will be invoiced at the commercial rate.· If users feel that they represent a non-commercial or local organisation and therefore qualify for lower rates please contact the Town Hall Committee.
Commercial hirers must pay for a minimum of 8 hours for weekend bookings.

Cancellation of bookings 7 days or less before the event date will incur a full charge and between 8-28 days before the event date will incur a 50% charge.
Rates per hour from 1st April 2013 until 31st March 2014.
