Welcome to the Stockbridge Town Hall website.
The Town Hall lies in the heart of Stockbridge, a former market town in Hampshire’s Test Valley. The wide and attractive High Street has free parking. This draws in many who come to enjoy a walk, a snack and a browse among the shops. This is an ideal site for functions or for sales activity.
(This web site is primarily for people or organisations wishing to book the hall. For visitors to the hall our Facebook page has details of what is on this month.)
Room Hire. There are three rooms for hire:
i. The Porter (front) room just off the High Street. This room has plate-glass arched windows and doors which make it a very attractive retail space on Stockbridge High Street. This can be separated from or used together with
ii. The Barham (back) room. The two rooms are separated by a sliding door .
The Hurford room (formerly the Upper Hall). This is a large hall with a stage at the north (High Street) end.
The refurbished Hall has an attractive stairway, a lift, and toilets on both floors, including disabled toilets. There is a kitchen and (currently free) Wi-Fi facility for internet access.
Click on room details for photographs, sizes and plans of the rooms.
Click on room rates for current hire rates.
To book a room, please complete the registration process. This is a once only procedure to enable you to use the website.
The Hall is unmanned and it is therefore the hirer's responsibility to ensure it is used appropriately and safely and left in a clean and tidy state after use. We expect hirers to nominate a person who understands the safety procedures set out in the terms and conditions.
