Change in cancellation rules

PLEASE NOTE that from 1 April 2013 the cancellation rules have changed.

Cancellations less than 28 days before a booking starts will result in a charge of 50% of the rate and if less than 7 days the full charge will be made ( unless another customer books the slot in which case there will be no charge).
